Windows 10: The pc store scamed us, can I get my money back or at least activate windows some other way?

The pc store convinced us to buy the lisenced version of windows for $250 and when when we tried to scratch off the product key it wasn't there and we weren't given the key so I cant activate windows which is what I payed $250! to do. Is there a way to get my money back or at least activate windows some other way?

here and follow the suggested steps to resolve it. If the error code isn't in the list, kindly send us the exact error code. You may attach a screenshot of the error. By the way, how did you get your copy of Windows 10? I suggest that you refer to this

We suggest that you reset the Windows Store and see if it resolves the issue. To reset Windows Store, follow the steps below:

• Press the Windows key + R to open the Run window.
• Type the following command:
  • wsreset.exe
• 
  Wait for it to finish, then restart your PC.
