Windows 10: The PC turns off during certain games.

Hello, there is a problem with the PC turning off while playing Helldivers 2 The PC turns off while on the ship or while loading into a mission, Spider man 2 I still can’t complete 1 mission because the PC is turned off. I have already changed the power supply, changed the processor, and completely tested the RAM. Reinstalled the operating system. What could be the problem? How can I understand what is wrong in my PC?

1. Problem: I recently subscribed to Xbox Game Pass for PC, hoping to enjoy a wide range of games. However, I'm facing challenges while running certain games on my gaming computer.

• Operating System: Windows 10
  
• Processor: Intel Core i7-10700K
  
• Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 (10 GB VRAM)
  
• RAM: 16 GB DDR4
  
• Storage: 1 TB NVMe SSD
  
• Error Messages: When attempting to launch certain games from Xbox Game Pass for PC, I encounter error messages such as "Error code XYZ" or "Game crashes upon startup."
  

3. Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Updated Windows 10 to the latest version.
  
• Ensured that graphics card drivers are up to date.
  
• Verified game files and reinstalled problematic games.
  
• Disabled background applications and antivirus software temporarily.

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

 

PC get turn off when playing certain games

Hi, is there anyone can help me? My PC get turn off (not blue screen or black screen) when playing certain games that consider not heavy like russian fishing 4 or ranch simulator, but when playing game like GTA V or Smackdown going smooth. Thank you
