I work for Merrimack Valley Pulmonary Associates and the girl who was the administrator no longer works there. The doctor closed the office and is semi-retired, and I am the only one working for him. The Microsoft account was set up by a woman who I don't know where she is and I cannot change anything as her telephone number keeps coming up as a verification. I need tech support and cannot get it because it keeps asking me to log in and I don't get the verification text this person does and I can't change anything without being able to get that verification to MEJennifer

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community.

As per the issue description you are willing to have your name instead of email address at login screen.
If you are using Microsoft account for logging to the system then it will be hard to remove email address and show your name only. However, if you want then you may create new user profile as a local account with administrator permission. In this account
you may keep the name you want.

For creating new user profile you may refer to the steps provided below.

  Press Windows key + R
  
• 
  Type control userpasswords2 and click OK
  
• 
  Click on add under users tab
  
• 
  Click the option, "Sign-in without a Microsoft account
  
• 
  Click on Local account
  
• 
  Choose a name for the account
  
• 
  Add password if you want to
  
• 
  Apply and click OK.

Admin name change and email change

The name and email address that appears on the sign-in screen can be changed through the Settings app. To do this, follow these steps:

• Press the Windows
  
  +
  I key to open the Settings app.
• Select Accounts.
• Select Your info.
• Click the Sign in with a local account instead link.
• Enter the password for the account that's currently logged in.
  
• Click Next.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
• Once you're done, repeat steps 1 to 3.
• Click the Sign in with a Microsoft account instead link.
• Now enter your personal Microsoft account and password.
• Follow the on-screen instruction to complete the setup.
• Once you're done your name and email should appear on the sign-in screen.
