    The personalize display doesn't pop up


    Hello there,I'm here because I am facing an issue with my latest laptop. When I right click on the homescreen, most of the time the display and personalize menu doesn't pop up. But at other times rarely it does. The cursor and touch pad are working fine because I can use them for everything else. So I'm stumped as to why this could be happening. Please help me out if possible.Thank you!

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
    nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????

    Today when i plugged out headphones, it doesn`t display that you`ve unplugged headphones, seems goes something wrong. Now i can hear sonud only from plugged headphones. How to repair this problem?
