Windows 10: The Photos Legacy app is missing image icons

I installed the Photos Legacy app from the Microsoft Store. I then changed the default image viewer from Photos to Photos Legacy. I immediately noticed that there are no icons for any image files such as jpg, gif, png files. In other words, if I open up windows explorer and browse to a folder that contains image files, and assuming that the folder's viewing mode is set to either "details" or "list", there should be a little icon next to each image file. The icon is supposed to be a white rectangle with blue mountains on it. But instead, all I see is a white rectangle. Note: I'm not referring

Thanks for replying spunk. That's the 'alphabetical' list I was referring to, none of these apps are in that 'All apps' list. Any more suggestions?

 

App Icons Missing
