    Hi


    When I use a PNG with a transparent background it gets a black box around it, I have tried a lot of things to fix the image, from re-saving it to re-downloading it, but nothing seam to work.

    Despite this, the image looks transparent in the background settings menu, I do not understand why. (I do not own any of the images btw) The PNG file gets a black box as a bakground 64127ae2-181d-48f3-86c3-9f93939ee369?upload=true.png Is there any way to fix the issue? It would be much appreciated.

    Cheap Photo box that will get the job done

    WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

    Materials:
    • Big cardboard box
    • a razor
    • white material 3 yards
    • cone lights
    • stapler
    • medical tape
    • pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box
    • white paint any cheap finger paint would work
    the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
    I will post pictures and step by step as i do it

    Hi,

    There may be several reasons why this black box came up while you were streaming online. To isolate what may be causing this, kindly answer the questions below:

    • When did this issue start?
    • Have you made changes on your computer lately?
    • Does the black box appear even if you are not streaming videos online?
    • Does it appear if you are not on full-screen?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

    You may also try to run the System File Checker tool. This is a utility
    in Windows that allows us to scan for corruptions in your system files and restore corrupted files.
