Windows 10: The previous system shutdown at 11:40:26 on ‎20/‎10/‎2024 was unexpected.

i factory reset my pc and i am still getting this error. i do not have any minidump files

ok i was playing a game and all of a sudden the pc reboot's and i go and cheak the reliability monitor and it say's The previous system shutdown at 8:25:25 PM on ‎8/‎27/‎2016 was unexpected.

and it happens about half an hour after the time it was so called shutdown and it's not the first time it has done this and i have looked and looked and have found nothing to say why. it give's no error code or anything the screen just go's black as it just
up's and reboots. and no i don't have the new windows 10 anniversay update yet as it hasn't given me the option to update to it in windows updates.

the time before this time was The previous system shutdown at 9:20:51 PM on ‎8/‎13/‎2016 was unexpected.

and yet again The previous system shutdown at 10:43:26 PM on ‎8/‎27/‎2016 was unexpected. and at 10:51 pm. it rebooted on me. i did a sytem restore and that failed and then had to update a driver that i updated yesterday. this is getting very old fast i
need help to fix this and none of this try booting in safe mood as that will not fix the problem.

The previous system shutdown was unexpected. Multiple times.

Recently I have had crashing issues with no error under The previous system shutdown at 7:05:09 PM on ‎3/‎30/‎2024 was unexpected. I do not know the reason for this and it occurs during many tasks such as Gaming, and Browsing the web. I would appreciate some help.
