Windows 10: The previous system shutdown at 8:23:55 AM on ‎2/‎11/‎2021 was unexpected.

I have had this new laptop for about 2 weeks and windows 10 keeps unexpectedly crashing. When I check maintenance, all it says is "The previous system shutdown at 8:23:55 AM on ‎2/‎11/‎2021 was unexpected. " I've never encountered this issue before. This has occurred probably about 10-15 times over the last 2 weeks. I have uninstalled everything, did recovery, reinstalled, updated drivers, did software and hardware scans that came with the laptop and this keeps happening. I've checked for updates and nothing seems to fix this issue. Any help with this issue would be much appreciated.

ok i went in Event Viewer and found 4 Critical so i went and looked at Reliability Monitor as well and seen that all 4 Critical line up with when my pc rebooted on me. all the reboots seem to happen about 20 min's after it say's The Previous system shutdown
so i hope this helps to fix this problem.

The previous system shutdown at 12:11:16 PM on ‎9/‎7/‎2016 was unexpected. = Rebooted at 12:36 pm.

The previous system shutdown at 12:50:57 PM on ‎8/‎29/‎2016 was unexpected. = Rebooted at 1:15 pm.

so come on Microsoft please fix this as can clearly see it is not a hardware issue is is a software issue. i know it's doing the restart/reboot to protect my pc which is good but for real please fix this as i have seen other's with same issue iam up to date
on updates as it just did the batch from 9/13/2016 yesterday 9/18
