Windows 10: "The previous system shutdown at X on Y was unexpected"

Hello,
Last night I shut down my PC from the start menu like I usually do and went to sleep.
I've turned on the PC today and it took a while to start (It usually takes around 5 seconds) so I took a quick look at the Event Viewer and there were some weird events.
The first event was "Kernel-Boot" (Windows failed fast startup with error status 0xC00000D4.)
It was followed by "EventLog" (The previous system shutdown at 3:06:41 AM on ‎5/‎31/‎2020 was unexpected.) - again, this doesn't make sense because I shut down my PC from the start menu!
"EventLog" was then followed by "Kernel-Power" (The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.)

Windows Version (Win10 1909 build 18363.836)

Any ideas for why this is happening would be highly appreciated.

there is no blue screen it go's black while playing a game and reboots it's self. driver's have been updated , upgrade to windows 10 aniversary update and yet it just did it again on me about 30 min's after it show's. it really starting to **** me off
as i see no reason fo it to be happening as i keep it update and all it can say is The Previous system shoutdown was unexpected when it wasn't even shutdown. The previous system shutdown at 12:50:57 PM on ‎8/‎29/‎2016 was unexpected.

ok i went in Event Viewer and found 4 Critical so i went and looked at Reliability Monitor as well and seen that all 4 Critical line up with when my pc rebooted on me. all the reboots seem to happen about 20 min's after it say's The Previous system shutdown
so i hope this helps to fix this problem.
