Windows 10: the process has terminated because it could not allocate additional memory

Hello. I am running a Dell Optiplex 745 with windows 10. Recently after multiple failed automatic updates the pc refused to boot as it had a corrupted mbr. I was able to fix this with bootrec, but now after booting up and after the windows logo with spinning
dots i get another black screen with laggy white spinning dots and then just black. I have tried system restore and reset but both options fail and return an error. When I boot into safe mode I get the same black screen but this time with an error message:
"dwm.exe - System Error: the process has been terminated because it could not allocate additional memory.".

I have had this happen on multiple windows 10 computers before in the past but I forgot how I repaired it. I do not appreciate microsoft bricking my computers with their automatic updates, leaving me to spend time or money to fix them.

Does anyone know how this can be fixed?

 

How do I allocate memory?

Hi all,

I have a Nokia 6500 s in which I have installed a 4gb memory card from sandisk. However, when adding additional ringtones using the Nokia PC Suite file manager I recieve the warning that memory is getting low. I guess this means that although I've
got 4gb of card memory it hasn't been allocated for use on the phone. How can I go about partitioning or allocating more memory to the phone?

Memory Allocation Question

I am finding that I am consistently getting a message on my T-Mobile Dash that there is not enough memory to start certain application. Is there a way to allocate more memory to Program Memory, My device shows that I have 43.75MB total, 37.13 Used and
6.63 Free. Can any of the Storage memory be allocated to the Program memory? Thanks
