Windows 10: the profsvc service failed the sign in

My PC was running slow and full of junk and thought id reset it however after I reset it its saying the profsvc service failed the sign in. I've tried. Everything I can find online. I can't start in safe mode there's just no option to, I press f5 and nothing happens. It is an alienware aurora 11 if that helps the only options are F2 and F12 neither of which have any helpful information inside.Am I able to get this back up and running or have I destroyed the PC forever?

After latest windows update, the system became extremely slow. Upon resetting it, I get the below error:

The ProfSvc service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded.

I cannot login using any of the users. Please suggest what can be done.

After resetting my pc windows 10 pro after resetting my windows 10 pro PC>local reinstall>remove everything after that I couldn't sign-in it would just say

The ProfSvc service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded. So I tried to fix it. I thought that I just had to go into safe mode w/ cmd and run the command net user administrator/active:yes so I tried it. But then I didn't know what to do next... So I'm here asking for help, please assist me in fixing my pc, I had read another post suggesting to reinstall the system via USB, but I don't have a USB, is there any way to fix it w/o a USB?
