So, today I've decided to list all connections with the netstat command doing this regularly and discovered that my laptop listens for connections from 26.92.127.113:139.I've rechecked this with TCPView of Sysinternals.I've managed to find out that the IP belongs to the Department of Defense of the USA.Why does this happen even if I don't have US citizenship? Is this the evidence of the US government spying on us using Windows?I assume this started to happen after the last update of Windows 11.

    :)

TCPView shows multiple [System Process] network connections...

The list has a huge variation of IPs. I haven't noted any pattern in what IPs appear.

Could you suggest how I could identify this process or set of processes referred to as [System Process]?
