The quick action menu useable area buttons and background frame are out of position windows 11. The first inch on lefthand side Just closes the menu. If you move in a little further and press a button 2 buttons operate at the same time

Action Center on Windows 11 won't opened.

There is no Action centre in Windows 11 - are you talking about quick controls menu invoked by Win+A?

Please run the Shell troubleshooting steps here if you have not:

If that doesn't help, I would suggest an option to Reset Quick Controls.

Start Menu background color customize

Hi,

You can change the background color of the the Start menu on Settings. To do this, follow the steps below:

• Click the Windows logo (Start button).
• Click the gear icon (Settings).
• Choose Personalization.
• Select Colors.
• Under Show color on Start, taskbar, and action center, switch the slider to
  On.
• After switching the slider to On, you can now pick what color you want or you can click the
  Automatically pick an accent color from my background checkbox to make Windows pick the color that complements the color of your desktop background.
