    Whenever I try to open a download it will say this "the remote device or resource wont accept the connection" I think this is related to my registry editor but none of the tutorials ive seen have worked, it says im connected to the internet but it shows this what do I do?

    my pc is connected to a wlan but my chrome and chrome dosent work and shows no internt connection after troubelshooting it shows the remote device or resource wont accept the connection and my games works which needs internet

    when ever i connects modern to my windows 10 computer it kept telling me 'the remote device or resource wont accept connection' or i should check my proxy settings, please i need your advice.
