    I bought a new laptop today. Logged into my microsoft account, everything went fine. After doing some basic setup I tried to download Steam when opening the SteamSetup a message appeared: "The requested operation requires elevation. After googleing and struggling a bit I tried to open UCA but the same message appeared. Same thing with Command Prompt. I really don't know what to do. Couldn't find people with the same probleme so you guys really have to help me out here.
