Windows 10: The right panel does not work for me See youtube link

The right panel does not work for me at all and does not open the action center


I tried

1. Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers -Name windows.immersivecontrolpanel Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$ $ _. InstallLocation \ AppXManifest.xml" -Verbose}
2. Get-AppXPackage Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$ $ _. InstallLocation \ AppXManifest.xml"}
3. sfc / scannow file integrity error
4. DISM.exe / Online / Cleanup-image / Restorehealth / LogLevel: 4 59% error

Youtube not working

was wandering if someone could link me to the uk youtube and see if that works some reason my youtube wont work i keep getting page load error..*Bang Head :banghead:. hope this is the right place for this

 

Links/associations not working


So, does no-one have suggestions or a solution to my problem?
The problem occurs when I double-click on a folder or link: 'This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please install a program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel'.
I can only open them by right-clicking on the item and select 'Open' which is third in the list. Above that is 'Search' and on the top is 'cmd' (where 'Open would normally appear).
I've scoured the Net and tried several ways to cure this (including 'Default File Type Associations - Restore in Windows 10') but to no avail.
Any suggestions most welcome.
