Windows 10: The Roblox Robux Error Message

Hello! Yesterday I wanted to buy some Robux on Roblox, but then it gave me some error message. "We're having trouble processing your payment and we'd like to get it sorted out."I tried again many times, but it still gave me the same error message. Today, I tried buying Robux once again, but, it STILL gave me the error message. I sent a message to Roblox by going on to the Roblox Customer Support page. I haven't got a response from them yet. I also got some advice from a friend of mine, but they say you have to wait for like 1 day, but I'm not so sure. I haven't gotten this problem before. Ever

Roblox robux purchase not working!

Hi I had same problem, but in a server. I was playing animal sim, and i realized that my premium robux went through and I spent it on the product "Gamepass wolves" for 550 robux, and the robux went through and I was like yay lets try it and I had 520 robux left and it asked me to spend it again but it asked me to buy 80 robux again and I left the game, wasn't there. Closed roblox, still wasn't there. Restarted my Windows laptop, STILL wasn't there so I was kinda sad that I wasted legit 550 robux on nothing.

hello! so today i was playing a game in roblox called starving artists. when i tried to buy art with real robux there was an error sign. such as, your purchase of ___ has failed because something has gone wrong your account has not been charged. so here is the problem, it `s been happening for two days. as well as when I try to buy robux , it gives me the same error sign. I have been looking on how to fix this all day, thank you for reading, love, Ashton
