Windows 10: The same key is not working on my PC, even after using different keyboards.

Since the past week, the "Y" key on my keyboards has completely stopped working, and neither the captial Y or small case y work. I have two brand new keyboards, and the same issue is occuring on both of them whenever I my desktop PC. I know the "Y" are not broken on said keyboards, as I have tested them on my laptop and the worked perectly fine. I have tried multiple different solutions, such as updating the keyboard drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, trying to re-configure keybinds etc, yet none of them have worked. The "Y" key on the on-screen keyboard works perfectly fine

Keyboard Volume Keys not working while in-game

I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your devices. Refer these steps:
