Windows 10: The screen doesn’t give me login option

I restarted my computer in the safe mode, and when it came back on, there was a blurred screen with nowhere to click to put login information. It showed language option, shutdown/restart, wifi, and that’s it. Cannot log in or cannot even go to the login page. What’s happening and how can I fix it?

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
