    The screen freezes, especially after a visit to the bonus room.


    Every time I visit the bonus room, the screen will start to freeze after a move. The freeze lasts 10 - 15 seconds, then repeats 1 to several times.

    Bonus Utente Premium???

    I am a premium subscriber, and I am curious why every time I complete a puzzle, on the "Reward" line it says "Bonus utente premium" then lists the bonus amount. Why is it mixing English and Spanish? It used to just say Premium Bonus Earned.

    Problem with Solitaire and Bonus XP.

    Thanks for the suggestions, Paul, I will work my way through them.

    For information the problem is not intermittent, it is totally repeatable.

    1. Start playing any of the 5 classic Solitaire card games. Each time you complete a board you get awarded a star.
    2. When you have 3 stars you get a bonus game. Complete that bonus board and you move to the next level, starting with bronze then working through silver gold and diamond.
    3. When you complete diamond level it applies double XP bonus points to all 5 games and that lasts for almost 7 days.
    4. If you happen to play again on the same day after the XP bonus points expire you get the behaviour I describe above. Nothing gets rid of it
    5. Play the next day and everything is back to normal.
    I have been experiencing this behaviour for some time, originally in Windows 10 and then on a newly built machine with a brand new Windows 11 installation. The only link between the two machines is my Microsoft log in.

    Removing the "rooms" feature

    The alternative way to get to the content, is to use the apps already on your phone:

    • Photos – You'll find your photos and videos in the OneDrive app in a folder with same name as the room.
    • Calendar – Go to the Calendar app to see your room calendar.
    • Notes – Your room notes are in the OneNote app, in a notebook with the same name as the room.
    In the post above, Julie suggests an alternative to the group chat via the Skype app.
