Windows 10: The search menu and calendar keep popping up randomly

While I'm not even touching my laptop, the Windows search menu and calendar keep popping up randomly and it's very annoying. My cursor also acts weirdly sometimes but I'm not sure if that's related. Every malware check I've done comes up with nothing so I don't know what the problem is

• Search for calendar.
• And right click on the app.
• Click on Pin to start option.

Search bar at the bottom of the screen randomly pops up while scrolling.

The Search bar at the bottom of the screen randomly pops up while scrolling. It is super frustrating and I cannot get it to stop. I have tried adjusting the mouse settings. Cortana is turned off. Any suggestions?
