Windows 10: The Send tab is too low

from Google 'Short ' You Tube, I have to reduce the screen by 60 percent and also 'report a problem' is also very low can not be seen even when I reduce the screen. Google is not hepling I have uninstal and instaled and not success. thank you Daisy

low battery alarm

We suggest that you check if the low battery notification is turned
on. Kindly follow these steps:

• On the search box, type Power Options to see the laptop's power plans.
• Click on Change Plan Settings.
• Click on the Change Advanced Power Settings.
• Scroll down and look for Battery.
• Expand it see Low battery notification, turn it on for both
  On battery and Plugged in.
