    I have been fighting a problem connecting to an HP printer for over a month now. I occasionally am able to print, but I'm not sure what conditions make that possible. But I have discovered some rock solid reproducible events associated with the error. Using Windows 11 Control Panel > Network & Internet > WiFi > Show Available NetworksI can observe that 1 - My computer is first connected to my WiFi router but the HP printer is offline2 - Connecting to the HP printer disconnects the computer 3 - Reconnecting the computer to the WiFi router disconnects the printer againEvent viewer t

    In order to bind a network card to CPU 0 using interrupt affinity policy configuration tool do you need to install Microsofts hardware pk if not is there any steps needed when using the interrupt affinity policy configuration tool?

    Apologize for the delay in response to your issue.

    • Do let us know if your device is connected to a Windows Server?
    • Have you tried the troubleshooting steps suggested in the Microsoft help article in my previous post and check if it helps?

    Step like: Run the Network troubleshooter, Update the rivers, Rollback the drivers, turn off firewalls etc..

    Try the above troubleshooting steps update us the status for further assistance.
