Windows 10: “the service user profile service failed to logon windows 10”

I did a Windows reset in Windows Update. After a long time I got the login screen with my accountname. After password input I got a blue screen with “the service user profile service failed to logon windows 10”. After OK again login screen ..... and couldn't get out of the loop.After restart in Safe Mode I got the login screen with my accountname. After password input I got a Welcome during a long time and finally a white screen and no further reaction.I opened the cmd screen and in dir Users there is only one dir with my accountname. This dir is empty 0 bytes.What can I do?

Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?

I have a windows 10 and created a guest login. But when I try to logon, i get "The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded." Please help. And i'm no tech so please explain
each step
