Hello,The shortcut <Windows + Shift + S> stops working after I open a specific combination of apps, and even if I close them after, once the bug sets it, all I can do is reboot my computer.This is horrible since I use <Windows + Shift + S> a lot and you can't expect me to reboot every time I want to take a screenshotAlso imagine if the Windows 10 Start Menu stopped working because of "the user opening other apps that have a conflict with it", with no way for the user to manually relauch the Start Menu service or even diagnose which apps are making it fail

Windows 10 shortcut key not working - Please help

I'm trying to create a shortcut key for a program/script that turns off my monitor. I've confirmed that the small program is working by double clicking on it. The problem I'm having is that when I go to create a shortcut key for it. First I create a shortcut to the program, then I set a shortcut key, say "ctrl-shift-s". After applying the changes, clicking Ok, I try to use the shortcut by pressing the ctrl-shift-s key combination. When I do this, nothing happens. I've confirmed that shortcut keys works with other apps like the Command Prompt. Does anyone have any insight to this?

Key shortcuts only work with window open

About a month ago my custom key shortcuts stopped working. These are the shortcuts you can set in the properties of an app or shortcut to launch it. What I've found is that they will work if at least one window is open, but if everything is minimized or
closed nothing happens. Specifically, I have a shortcut (.lnk) to put my machine into a sleep mode, and I've bound Ctrl+Shift+Alt+S to it. I've tried putting this link on the desktop, taskbar, and start menu without any luck. System combos like Win+E or
Alt+F4 all work regardless. This had been working fine for years, and I can't think of anything I've installed recently. I've also tried closing most extraneous systray and background apps. Does anyone have any new suggestions? Do any of you experience
this as well?
