Windows 10: the site is unreachable

Discus and support the site is unreachable in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; i was making my walpaper gif and it send me in a website and it says this site is unreachable i refresh the website so many times and it didint work...     microsoft device won't allow me to access microsoft.com it states : This site can’t be reached

    Powering Lives | ComEd - An Exelon Company is unreachable.

    • Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
    ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE why is this happening? I have cleared cache, history, reset modem and restarted my computer ad well as doing a complete shut down. How do I fix this issue? it wasn't happening before. Just recently did the windows update.

    NAS unreachable

    Control Panel > Show all > Credential Manager and select tab Windows Credentials.

    If you can't find the tab, just let me know and I'll post a screen cap for you here!

    Here you go:

    1. Control Panel > All Control Panel Items

    3. Windows Credentials > Select Add a Windows Credentials

    Thanks for your tips, but even after add the credentials, nothing appear in the network tab..
    I've updated my profile the site is unreachable :) For the network, is well in private
