Windows 10: The software is opened by the main process and becomes a child process. Why?

For write.exe degenerate into wordpad.exe is why, for compatibility? Besides this software, what other software does the same? If I use cmd to find process details, such as "tasklist /fi "IMAGENAME eq write.exe" /fi "USERNAME eq user", this command will show nothing. But if I execute the "tasklist /fi "IMAGENAME eq workpad.exe" /fi "USERNAME eq user" "command to display the Wordpad process information, what I want is, How to find the information of write.exe without using workpad.exe? Although they are the same, I think there are some details between them, I would like you to explain them to m

Dual iexplorer processes???

I would suggest you run process explorer on the machine so you can find out what applications are running.

process explorer shows you more than just task manager
