Windows 10: "The specified account already exists" issues, cant install/uninstall program

I've once installed Epic Games on my PC Windows 11, Acer Nitro 515-52, then i uninstalled it and now i am trying to install it again.The problem is that every time i try to install Epic Games i get the "The specified account already exists" error, i have tried to fix it in a billion ways, i looked it up everywhere. But nothing, the program still wont install. The strange thing is that its visible on "Programs and features", but i can't do anything with it. Tried uninstalling it but i also get the same error.If anyone knows a way to fix this please help, thanks.

AMD Chipset Install Error: 1316, The Specified Account Already Exists

In Device manager, most of those from that list are signed as Microsoft drivers, probably for compatibility purposes, just like disk drive drivers.
These are only ones from that list that I can find that is signed as AMD.

 

Cannot uninstall or reinstall Fortnite(Game) "The specified account already exists"

recently my c drive was almost full but than i move the program folder of epic games to d drive but then i couldnt open the fortnite game so i tried to uninstall the game but a message poped up"The specified account already exists" so than i tried to install
the game over the installed version but again the message popped up "The specified account already exists". So i want to uninstall the game please help me.

Yes, amd_chipset_software_2.10.13.408.exe is just self extracting archive that extracts driver folder and files to C;\AMD folder from which you can install directly, no need to un-archive again.
Error 1316: The specified account already exists is windows installer problem.
There is Windows Installer service you might want to restart or make Automatic.



As you can see "Chipset driver" is conglomerate of drivers for various parts



but you should be able to uninstall from here



But now it maybe to late if you deleted files from Programs folder. Since you have discrete GPU, drivers for it are separate from chipset drivers so uninstalling them wouldn't help any.
As for installer problem, have you tried this ?
