Windows 10: The storage problem with windows.old

I think few weeks ago I have got the problem of windows that it is showing Preparing for automatic repair so I have reset my pc after reset it is showing that the previous windows version went to windows.old folder and it is taking upto 31 GB when i went to setting>storage>temporary files so i got there i have posted a photo see it show i searched in youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2GwOaevzDT0&list=LL&index=1i saw this video and the comments are came positive only so my question is can i follow this video and delete it and is it safe to delete it. and please help me, please

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

It's possible that the 346GB of space that you're seeing under the Apps & games window refers to the available space of the selected drive and not the actual usage. To confirm this information, we suggest that you check the total
usage through the Storage usage screen instead. To do this, follow the steps below:

• Click the Start menu or Windows icon.
• Select the gear icon or Settings.
• Select System > Storage.
• Under Choose a drive to see what's taking up space, select
  This PC (Drive letter)
• Under Apps & games, check if the space usage exceeds the estimate 140GB of space.
