Windows 10: The store lost product keys+ error 0x803f8001

HeyMy Microsoft Store lost my key to Forza Horizon 4 and 5 plus Fallout 76. It's all the games I've got in the store. I've checked, and yes I'm connected to the correct account, those games are in my order history n° 6729725307, 1403071801 and 7161189653 but when I try to launch them an error 0x803f8001 appears. I've uninstalled my games and now when I try to re-install them via the store, only the "buy for xx,xx$" or "play with game pass" are available. They're not visible in my app library too. :**** Microsoft? Can I get back my games?

Unfortunately this did not work. In attempting to reinstall the application "Network Speed Test'" (which was working properly at one time) the download continued to fail during the "Acquiring License" stage; and I receive the same error code 0x803F8001.

App (Tribez) was working (for years) and has suddenly stopped, can't load with error 0x803F8001. Have tried to clear CACHE, reset etc.

Now saying is installed in Microsoft store but not showing in my 'owned' list

I request you to follow the methods below:

Method 1:

Reset the Store.

I request you to follow the steps below to reset the Windows store:

• 
  Press the “Win Logo” + “R”
  
• 
  Type: WSReset.exe and press “Enter”.
  
• 
  Restart the computer and check.
  

Method 2:

You may try to create a new user account and check if it fixes the issue. Refer to the steps below to create a new User Account:

• Go to Start menu and then click on Settings.
• Choose Accounts and then select Other User Accounts towards the left.
• Select Add an Account.
• Enter a user name and press Next.
• Click on Finish.
• Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.
• Check if issue persists.
