Windows 10: "The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation" when trying to...

Hello, I have downloaded from the microsoft website the PC health check app to check the compatibility of my computer with windows 11. Unfortunatelly whenever I try to execute it i get the message "The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation". I have then tryied to run " gpedit.msc" but it says it was not found and I should make sure I have typed it correctly. Then I looked for the windows powershell and cmd and the computer does not find. I have windows 10 in S mode.

When the message "The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation" displays, a particular
Local Security Policy setting may be preventing you from running installations involving MSI files.

Try the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1:

Run the software setup file as an administrator and check if it helps.

a. Right click on the setup file of the software that you are trying to install.

b. Select “Run as administrator”.

Step 2:

a. Click Start, type "Local Security Policy" (without quotes) and press enter.

b. Click on Software Restriction Policies.

c. In the right pane, double click on the "enforcement".

d. Select “All users except local administrators”.

e. Click Ok and restart the computer and check if the issue is fixed.
