Windows 10: The system cannot find the path specified. I can't make it stop and it's giving me a BSOD

I have gotten this message for a while and every time it's right before a BSOD. I've uninstalled all corsair stuff. uninstalled and reinstalled. uninstalled period. looked for the file name, looked where to just disable where to get it to start looking to start that event which I can't find. Please give steps to open the paths to Program Files

If you want to open File Explorer to your C: drive without any registry tweaks, you'll need to do so from a shortcut you create.

1. Open File Explorer to This PC.
2. Right-click Winndows (C and select Create Shortcut:
   
   
   
3. Clock OK in the altert dialog:

CMD-Terminal starts with "the system cannot find the path specified"

Hi there

I am kinda frustrated and can't solve this issue with my CMD-Terminal starting with the "the system cannot find the path specified" message. Even if I start it with admin-rights the problem remains the same. What are your suggestions? Here pictures from my issue (my OS is in German):
