Windows 10: The system cannot find the path specified. Please Help!

Hi, I recently went through and cleaned up my files and im assuming this has led to the issue, but im trying to download Clip Studio from Google Chrome and It cannot find the path file. The download goes through google chrome, but once I open the installer from files and go through the first steps I get this message. Feature Transfer Error Feature: Paint Component: ShellExtension_64 File: E:\ClipSP\Error: The system cannot find the path specified.Here is a picture of the error message and the opening page of my files

CMD-Terminal starts with "the system cannot find the path specified"

Hi there

I am kinda frustrated and can't solve this issue with my CMD-Terminal starting with the "the system cannot find the path specified" message. Even if I start it with admin-rights the problem remains the same. What are your suggestions? Here pictures from my issue (my OS is in German):

PDF saved with long name, can't rename, move or delete. That gives me a message saying “the system cannot find the path specified”. in CMD

Please what should I do?
