    The "system"process is using constant CPU in windows 11


    I am a professional photographer and have a fast computer with Windows 11 and the latest updates. i9 13900k, 32GB RAM, RTX 4070 GPU When I use Adobe Photoshop or Bridge, the "system" process constantly uses between 10 and 40 percent CPU. This makes using Photoshop very very very very slow. What can i do to stop the "system" process consuming cpu?Sometimes when I restart the computer it works fine for a while and then after 10 minutes the system process starts using CPU again..
