Windows 10: The table version for LOG_SENT_FAX differs - Pop-up message a persistent nuisance

The message 'The table version for LOG_SENT_FAX differs' has appeared on my screen at startup. It has done this before, forcing me to reinstall Windows from scratch because it is impossible to remove.Someone had this problem once before, and at this site a solution was provided. I hesitate to call it a solution, because I have tried it 5 ways to August, clean boots and all, uninstalling and reinstalling my fax utility, uninstalling and reinstalling all of my printer software; and the conclusion is the same; that the solution is completely inadequate and useless.Is there another way to get ri

The table version for LOG_SENT_FAX differs

Dear Microsoft Community Forum:

Every time I boot my computer, I get a message pop up with an error sound that says: "The table version for 'LOG_SENT_FAX' differs." I have the EPSON ET 4760 all in one printer, scanner, FAX hooked up to my computer. I did not have a problem like this
with my EPSON Workforce 875 that broke which caused me to purchase a new all in one printer.

I have contacted EPSON and they can't figure out what the problem is.

Anybody have any suggestions??

There is no "run as administrator" choice to click on. Just Microsoft version (this is all on a black screen) and

C:\Users\Owner> and curser blinking. When I right click on the curser or the C:\Users\Owner> all I see is a drop down menu that says: Mark Ctrl-M

Copy enter (this one is not highlighted and nothing happens when I click on in)

Paste Ctrl-V

Select All Ctrl-A

Scroll

Find Ctrl-F

So I can't even get to step one. I am running Windows 10.
