Windows 10: The Task bar doesn't work every time I sign into my pc (Please help)

I've had this problem for 3 days now. Every time I sign into/log in to my pc through the lock screen, it will take longer than normal to load and once I'm in Windows 10, the taskbar will not show any of my apps nor with the search bar or Start menu work. The way I fix it temporarily is by clicking on the taskbar once, then my screen will blink black and it will be fixed. I've also experienced other not normal things for my pc such as crashes, frozen pc, taskbar completely not working, and slower than normal loading times.
Heres a list of everything I've tried so far

- Use avast antivirus to scan for viruses
- Did a Windows memory check to check my ram
- Took out each ram stick one at a time to check if one was bad, problem still appeared on both
- Did several system restores to back in time before this problem
- Completely reinstalled windows wiping all my data TWICE !!
- Completely unistalled my Nvidia drivers and downloaded older versions

After all these attempts the problem persists and I have no idea what to do. This craps stressing me out so much I don't know what to do. Please help. Pc is brand new from June 2020

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step1: End Task the Windows Explorer.

• 
  Open task manager (CRTL+SHIFT+ESC)
  
• 
  Right-click on windows explorer
  
• 
  End task (Note: don’t close Task manager)
  
• 
  Click on File > Run new task
  
• 
  Type explorer.exe and press enter
  
• 
  Your search bar should be functional again.
  

Step 2: If Start button is not working then I suggest you to check for the latest updates.

• 
  Press Windows logo key +R, enter
  MS-settings: and then press OK. This opens Settings.
  
• 
  In Settings, go to Update & security >
  Windows Update, and then select Check for updates. Install any available updates and restart your PC if required.
  

Step 3: Some problems can be fixed by signing out of your account and then signing back in. Press Ctrl + Alt+ Delete and select
Sign out. Once you’ve signed out, sign back in to your account.
