Windows 10: The taskbar on my PC is loading forever and if I press on it, my screen turns completely...

Hello dear Microsoft Team.I have a question and I don’t know how to solve the issue.My brother got a virus on the PC and I tried to delete, but it didn’t work so I tried to reset everything and install Windows 10 new on my PC. But the problem was that I couldn’t log in, because it told me “Your Account has been disabled, please see your administrator” so I followed this YouTube tutorial: https://youtu.be/GXsLzf52jW0 and after the process I could log in without any issue. After the log in, my taskbar down below is loading forever and when I press on it, my screen becomes just a white scree

Let us check the system Files.To do this do both of these:

• Perform System File Check (SFC)

Follow the steps:

a. Press “Windows Key + Q” to open search Bar.

b. Type “cmd” without quotes in the search box.

c. On the left pane, right click on the “cmd” option and select “Run as Administrator”.

d. Type ‘sfc /scannow’ without quotes and hit enter.

• run the System update readiness command. It detects incorrect manifests, cabinets or registry data, it may replace the incorrect data with corrected version available. Follow the steps.

1. Press Windows key + X.
2. Click command prompt (Run as administrator).
3. In the Administrator: Command Prompt window, type the following commands. Press Enter key after each command:

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
To close the Administrator: Command prompt window, type Exit, and then press Enter.

What brand/model laptop is this?

Try the following:

Step 1: Make sure the computer is shut down, and press the Power Button to turn the computer on.

Step 2: As soon as you see the rotating loading circle, press and hold the Power Button until the computer shuts off again.

Step 3: Repeat this process 2 or 3 times until you see the following on the screen: Preparing Automatic Repair
Let the computer boot to the Automatic Repair screen.

Step 4: The next screen (blue) goes to: Choose Account to continue
Select your account, enter your Password, and press: Continue

Step 5: A Diagnosing your PC screen appears, and it takes you to the screen for: Automatic Repair

Step 6: Here you can click Restart, or, Advanced Options
Step 6.1: Select: Restart

Allow the computer to go through the routine, and see if it solves the issue.

If the problem still exists, go back to Step 1 through Step 6.

Step 6.2: This time, click: Advanced Options

Step 7: In the Choose an Option screen, select: Troubleshoot

Step 8: At the next screen, select: Advanced Options

Step 9: Last, select: Startup Repair (Used for problems that keep Windows 10 from loading)
