Windows 10: The text in Paint will not remain the size I've specified after clicking outside of the...

Hello,I'm trying to print individual letters as large as possible on standard 8.5 x 11 paper. I 've used MS Paint to achieve this for years now, and have never experienced this issue before using Windows 11.To be clear, before I click outside of the text box I am able to see and adjust the font size of my text by highlighting it within the text box and inputting the font size that I want. However, as soon as I click outside of the text or choose another tool to work with the text automatically becomes smaller by some odd ratio. Regardless of the size I've specified the text scales down on it

Paint 3D Text

Step 1: click the Text tab in Paint 3D

Step 2: On the right pane that appears, under 2d text, click the 3 text 'T' symbol

Step 3: click on the canvas then type your text

Step 4: click outside of the text box

Step 5: use the anchors to adjust the depth and angles

Step 6: to see your 3D text better, click the object then click Edit color, choose a different color.

• In the search bar, look for Display settings, then click it.
• A pop up will appear showing the Display settings.
• Click on the scale to change the size of text, apps and other items.

Typing numbers in Paint appear in different sizes.

Appreciate your efforts to work on this issue.

• Are you aware of any changes made to the MS paint settings prior to this issue?
  

Follow these steps to check if that helps.

1. Open MS paint.
   
2. In the Home tab, click the Text tool which has the ‘A’ symbol.
   
3. Click inside the blank image, a text box will be displayed inside the blank image, for you to add text or numbers.
   
4. To insert text, type in the text box and click anywhere else on the page when you're done.
   
5. Once you see the text box, you will also see additional options to select the font, font size and other options. You can either select the same font size for all numbers or you can also change the font size for each number as
   you desire.
   

The Text tab opens automatically when you place the text box, and from there you can select a font, text size, color and other options such as bold, underlined, italic and strikethrough text formats. You can also make the text box opaque if you want.
