  2. file explorer - cant drag to second window

    Hi,

There are several factors that may trigger this issue including your settings or even recent changes to your computer. In order for us to efficiently assist you, we just have few questions
    for you:

    • Were there any changes made to your computer prior to the issue?

    • When you say you cannot drag file explorer on the "second Windows", are you referring to a second monitor?

    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

    Regards.

  3. File explorer

Actually the problem remains but I can get around it. When I left click "File Explorer" the window comes up with the message "working on it" and after a few seconds " File Explorer(Not Responding)". But if I right click, amenu appears with the list of the
most recent & frequent files/folders I have opened. I just left click on any of the files/folders listed and I opened it and can then navigate thru all my folders and files. I am pretty illiterate in IT issues. I leave to you, the IT wizards, to figure it
out. Kept your suggestion in a special forlder for future use. Thanks again.
