The title and the screenshot say it all. In screenshot 1, the left is the new media player replacing groove music and towards the right is the "Films and TV" UWP app. The problem that existed in groove music was carried over to the new "Music Player" app. It is even in the Xbox Game bar Screenshot 2.It's not a problem in the "Photos" App Screenshot 3.THE REAL PROBLEM:You can see that the music is 2 minutes and 42 seconds in length, but the player shows 2 seconds. The same is the case with video, for a 2 minutes and 6 seconds long video, the player shows just 1 second. A 15-minute recordi

  3. Seeking an mp3 player that will accept Windows Media Player playlists.

    Hi,

It is true that the challenges that you are experiencing with your playlists that were exported from
Windows Media Player may be caused by the application itself. Let us go ahead and run the troubleshooters for

    • Click on the Start button.
    • In the Search box, type Troubleshooting and press
      Enter.
    • Once the Control Panel window comes up, click on
View all on the left navigation pane.
    • Select Windows Media Player Library on the list and follow the on-screen steps in running the troubleshooter.
