Windows 10: The titles under every icon on my Win10 have completely dissapeared!

My Laptop suddenly had a problem and shut down. Then, I was greeted with the blue screen with " : " emoji. When my laptop rebooted, every single app, folder, etc. was only an icon without any titles. Also, the icons on my desktop are only showing me the date instead of the name of that folder/app. Please inform me of any solutions for this. Thank you!

Telephone icon dissapeared on Lumia

The telephone icon has dissapeared oon my Lumia 800 phone. Also I do not have any phone list and can only make calls to numbers saved as contact.

 

Desktop Icon Title

I want to see the ENTIRE title under the desktop Icon not just the first two lines. I know it shows the entire Icon title if I select and/or click the icon title but that is not what I am wanting. I am wanting viewers who are looking at the screen to be
able to read what the entire Icon Title is without having to use a mouse. What are the steps to showing the complete Icon title below the desktop Icon? My Example: I have several video shortcut icons on my desktop. Below the Video shortcut icon is a description
or title but it only shows two lines. I want viewers to see the entire title below the Icon on the desktop. Does anyone have and answer to how this can be done?

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
