    The top bar is missing at the startup at built in apps of Windows.


    I found an issue with the top bar of an startup of windows programs. Here is one. When I open up an program like Movies and TV, Settings, Groove Music R.I.P, and others, their top bar is missing. How do I fix this issue? Thanks in advance!

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

    Adding programs to startup with Windows 7?

    You could add entries to the registry to launch the apps on startup, but it's easier to just add them to the startup foler as Newt suggested.
