Windows 10: The Touch Screen and Pen stopped working after upgrading to Win 11

The Touch Screen and Pen has stopped working on my Lenovo 3rd Gen ThinkPad X1 Yoga laptop after I upgraded to Win 11 Pro. Device Specifications show that "No pen and touch is available for this display.Device Manager doesn't show the "HID-compliant touch screen". Show hidden devices is enabled for view.

Pen and Touch not working after upgrading to Windows 10

I have a similar problem, and like the original poster none of the above steps worked.

I have a brand new Dell Inspiron 13 7384 2 in 1 computer with Windows 10, and a Dell Active Stylus (3rd generation?)

The pen worked initially, but after a couple of days it stopped without warning.

The pen works on my Dell tablet, both with Windows 8.1 and Windows 10, so the pen is functioning fine.

The Pen and Touch controls are not listed in the control panel. In doing a cortana search for Pen and Touch, the controls came up, but there was only a tab for the touch controls. No tab for Pen.

I have scoured both Dell and Microsoft websites and I have found no workable solution.

Can you help?

 

touch pen not working

Had a problem with ,the touch screen not working. Got that fixed but now the touch screen works but the pen does not. Does anyone know how to fix this. Thanks

 

touch screen stop working when I use Pen

Hi Guys,

I have a tablet ASUS Vivo tab note 8 (M80ta) it is upgraded to the windows 10. I have installed fresh install of the windows by formatting the SSD.

This tablet has wacom pen and touch together. every time I am using the Pen if I touch the screen at the same time touch screen will stop working and I have to restart or disable and enable the devices or uninstall or reinstall the either touch or pen device
to make it work again. I have tried all the updated driver and old drivers, windows compatibility and ....

Has any one had the same issue ?
