    The touchpad cursor is not working on MS Goldbook Pro Windows 10 Pro Academic


    We are using a Goldbook Pro laptop that is locked out except for the Ascellus Online Education program. Was working fine for a month and now the cursor isn't working. The touchscreen works fine. I tried using the Function on all the F keys with no success at regaining a cursor. A mouse is used nearby which is Razor wireless, but not used for this Goldbook.Please help troubleshooting.
