Windows 10: The UP key on my keyboard works but doesn't output anything!

I've been troubleshooting this one for about a week with no luck. Last week i realized my UP key didn't work. I'm using a windows 10 PC and i've been using the same keyboard for about 1 year. I didn't install any new program or hardware to make it stop working. I connected my keyboard to my laptop and the UP key worked fine. I connected a new keyboard to my windows 10 PC and it still didn't work. It's just the UP key. Down, left and right work just fine. Here's my troubleshooting so far:

1. reboot PC, didn't work.
2. reboot PC in safe mode, UP key works!
3. using the UP key on the NUMPAD doesn't work, while down, left and right keys work
4. using on screen keyboard, UP key doesn't work
5. using a PS/2 keyboard, UP key doesn't work
6. Using my keyboard macro program, i hit record and it records the up press and i save it to the key, but it doesn't do anything after i save it
7. I don't have sticky or filter keys turned on
8. Keyboard language is set to english and QWERTY
9. I logged into a different user profile and the UP key works.

I've try using the UP key in games, web browser, folders and it doesn't do anything

Since it works in safe mode, i feel like it's software related. I already deleted the drivers and windows installed them after a reboot. I checked for malware and fixed any errors on the disk.

I'm not sure where else to check and can use the help.

keyboard doesn' t working, it doesn't popup on my nokia lumia 735 after I took windows 10, 10586 version. Please, help!!!

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Keyboard Volume Keys not working while in-game

I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...
