Windows 10: The user Profile Service Failed sign in

I recently did a factory reset through the settings on my alienwear Aurora r6 and now i am receiving the error above. I cant use safe mode the error still persists. I’ve gone and tried to command prompt a new account still does not work. Ive gone through with finding the image profile path. Ive gone with reset and remove everything and reset and keep my files, same outcome its stops resetting somewhere around 30% and takes me back to the Home Screen, where the message continues. Start up repair wont work it says my image path is non existent one minute but locatable the next. On start up sett

Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?

See if you may be able to use OPTION FOUR in the tutorial below to enable the built-in Administrator account at boot.

If so, then sign in to the built-in Administrator account to be able to do the steps in the tutorial below for this error.

I am using registry editor from command prompt. Drilled down to c:windows\system32\config inside the Load Hive dialog window. Have selected (checked box) the SAM file; clicking on Open opens error message that says:


SAM
This file is in use.
Enter a new name or close the file that's open in another program.

I am at a loss, since I am not running any other program!

Any suggestions?

The SAM file is listed as being 64KB file size.
