Windows 10: The user profile service failed the sign in. User profile connot be loaded

After I factory reset my computer and tried to sign in, I got a message that said that my user profile service failed the sign in. I have tried going on youtube and solving the problem but i couldn't acces safe mode when i went in safe mode all i could see was a grey screen with a cursor. I also tried to factory reset my conputer once more but it still didn't work. Does anyone know how i could fix this?

Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?

did full reset to transfer ownership of Dell laptop. Can't boot up. Get this message

After a reset of Windows 10 when I attempt to sign in using PIN or password I am getting a message The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded. Please advise on how I can sign in. Thank you
