Windows 10: The User Profile service failed the sign in

Troubleshooting never finds anything wrong. No duplicate .bak files. No extra temp user folders. Re-installed windows 11. All had no effect ending User Profile service failures. Still have User Profile service failed the sign in. This computer is not useable in the current state. Multiple re-starts just to get ethernet access. Occasionally, all folders won't load example clicking on settings only provides a blank white screen popup. Frequently, I think I have ethernet access, only to be reading an article and have Unresponsive page popup window. I had this problem 5-6 months ago as

Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?

See if you may be able to use OPTION FOUR in the tutorial below to enable the built-in Administrator account at boot.

If so, then sign in to the built-in Administrator account to be able to do the steps in the tutorial below for this error.
