Windows 10: The volume bar moves by itself and I can't move the scroll bar. Windows 10

Hello,When opening the volume icon from the taskbar it increases by itself to the maximum, I also have problems when trying to move the side scroll bar when navigating, with the mouse wheel it works correctly.Best regards,

TPU review scroll bar

I was wondering if there was any specific reason the buttons to scroll down the list of reviews was stuck in the bottom left-hand corner? Whenever I want to read reviews, I always have to move my cursor and aim it at a small arrow that scrolls the reviews... I'd suggest that instead of making the arrows small and in a corner, it would be better placed to the sides of the review bar.

Something like this (yes, I know it's crappy but it took 5min to make):

I never heard about "UWP" Apps, but I can tell that : it doesn't work in Word & Outlook.
In one of them, the scrollbar itself remains, but the scroll-block (the thing that moves on the scroll-bar) hides when you move your mouse away from it.

In Windows Explorer it seems to work OK though

 

Vertical Scroll Bar

Thank you for your prompt reply lacrumb. I did as you suggest and moved the pointer to the far right but the vertical scroll bar did not appear. I then went to Settings and turned Off the Automatically hide scroll bars but the scroll bar still does not
appear.
