Windows 10: The way my mouse looks keeps resetting to the default white cursor upon restarting my pc.

I use custom mouse cursors, and I have been able to use them before without issues, but recently they started to reset back to the default white cursors. I've scavaged the internet for answers, but I cannot find anything.

Mouse cursor not locked to crosshair in UWP applications

My mouse cursor isn't locked to my crosshair when I'm unpaused from Minecraft or other apps. I've tried reinstalling and resetting Minecraft, no good. Restarting my PC, no good.

Resetting UWP apps through Powershell seems to not work either;

Such a mind boggling issue. Can't find a solution for this problem even on the internet.

Things I've tried that provided no solution:

• Resetting/Uninstalling Minecraft
• Reinstalling UWP apps to their defaults.
• Shutdown/Restarting my PC.
• Repairing my computer with SFC and DISM
• Repairing my PC with Windows Media Installation Tool (Upgrade PC Keep Files Option)
• Uninstalling/Reinstalling my mouse drivers.

I have tried recovering from a restore point and it seemed to fix the issue temporarily but the issue returned.

Mouse Settings Keep Resetting to Defaults

I'm using a Logitec M310 wireless mouse with the latest Set Point drivers installed. The double-click speed that is the default is way too fast. I've reset the speed in the control panel, clicked on Apply and the setting does not 'stick'.

The mouse has fresh batteries and is about 3 years old.

Suggestions or Comments would be appreciated.

why do my custom mouse cursors/pointers keep resetting?

I have custom mouse cursors set that match the theme of my PC (black and red), but every time I turn my computer on they reset back to the default cursors, and when I go into the mouse settings to change them back, it says that I still have them set to
my custom profile. is there a way to fix this so I don't need to go into settings every time I load up?
